River Capital Trust Formally Launches Capital Formation Platform

River Capital Trust today announced the formal launch of its capital formation and advisory platform, focused on India's $10 trillion economic transformation. The firm is headquartered in Bengaluru, India.

The firm was founded by Akhil Teja with the mission of engineering the institutional pathways through which long-duration global capital can participate in India's next economic expansion.

"We are building an institution, not managing a fund," said Erubothu. "River exists to be the most trusted bridge between global capital and India's future — permanently, not for one fund cycle."

River Capital Trust's platform encompasses four integrated capabilities: investment management, strategic advisory, financial engineering and structuring, and capital syndication. The firm is currently in active conversations with institutional investors across sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, and family offices.
